主任醫(yī)師，教授,，博士生導師�,，F(xiàn)任天津醫(yī)科大學腫瘤醫(yī)院生物治療科主任，生物技術研究室主任，天津市腫瘤免疫與生物治療重點實驗室主任。同時擔任中國醫(yī)藥生物技術協(xié)會常務理事，中國醫(yī)藥生物技術協(xié)會醫(yī)藥生物技術臨床應用專業(yè)委員會副主任委員兼秘書長,，中國免疫學會腫瘤免疫與生物治療分會副主任委員，中國研究型醫(yī)院學會生物治療學專業(yè)委員會副主任委員,，天津市醫(yī)學會腫瘤學分會第七屆委員會委員,。
從事細胞治療及相關研究二十余年，代表性成果“自體外周血來源細胞因子誘導的殺傷細胞(CIK)”2006年獲得國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局的批件,，同時也是天津市第一個自行申報的一類新藥臨床試驗,，在多種實體瘤治療中取得良好療效。享受國務院政府特貼,，獲得“國家特支計劃”百千萬工程領軍人才,、國家人事部新世紀“百千萬人才”等稱號。先后主持國家級省部級課題10余項,，科研經(jīng)費達1000多萬元,。近5年發(fā)表SCI收錄論文40余篇，包括著名雜志OncoImmunology,、Journal of Immunology,、Clinical Cancer Research等，是著名雜志Journal of Clinical Investigation等的審稿人,。累計培養(yǎng)碩/博士研究生及留學生30余名,，其中3名學生獲得國家獎學金、1名獲得校級優(yōu)秀研究生稱號,。
